Background: Comparison of genetic characteristics among species Suaeda spp.
 Objective: identifying the (Amaranthaceae) in Anbar Governorate. (From August 2020 to September 2021 fresh plant samples were collected flowering stage for studied species).
 Materials and methods: The diversity was after DNA extraction using Inter Simple Sequence Repeats Reaction method recorded aspects. extracted from young leaves species. concentration purity determined, detection relationships between as well finding this fingerprint by ISSR Reaction.
 Results: results showed that during study belong genus Suaeda, these were: S. aegyptiaca, altissima, carnosissma, fruticosa, monoica, vera vermiculata symbolized (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7) respectively purpose brevity. there highest close aegyptiaca which amounted 0.6319, least closeness carnosissma 0.4231.
 Conclusion: Genetic traits are stable can be adopted separating study, especially at level, is one most important modern taxonomic studies rely on PCR technology accuracy its speed obtaining results.There seven western province Governorate - Iraq.
